1. OBJECT OF THE TENDER

The national company of Rail transport (SNTF) launches an opinion of national and international call for restricts tender concerning the supply of spare parts intended for the maintenance of the typical railcars ZZ22 CAF of the SNTF, distributed in thirteen (13) separate lots, constituted of:

- Lot N°1: Spare parts intended for the maintenance of the part diesel engine

- Lot N°2: Spare parts intended for the maintenance of bogies

- Lot N°3: Spare parts intended for the maintenance of the sets reducer

- Lot N°4: Spare parts intended for the maintenance of the pneumatic equipments

- Lot N°5: Spare parts intended for the maintenance of the electric party

- Lot N°6: Spare parts intended for the maintenance of doors

- Lot N°7: Spare parts intended for the maintenance of driver’s cabs

- Lot N°8: Spare parts intended for the maintenance of corridors and harnesses

- Lot N°9: Spare parts intended for the maintenance of boxes

2. CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY

The call for tenders being the object of the present specifications addresses to the builders of railcars ZZ22, the manufacturer and the distributors approval by the manufacturers.

The tenderers wishing to participate within the framework of the call for tenders being the object of the present project specifications have to join to their technical offers:

- For the builders of railcars ZZ22: the document justifying builder’s quality of railcars ZZ22, rested by at least three (03) certificates of good one execution, delivered by a railroad developer, concerning the supply of similar parts to those of the present call for tenders being the object of the specifications.

- For the manufacturers: the document justifying manufacturers quality of the similar parts to those of the present call for tenders being the object of the specifications, rested
by at least, three (03) certificates of good execution, delivered by a railroad developer or a
builder of railcars ZZ22, concerning the supply of similar parts to those of the call for tenders being the object of the present specifications.

- For the distributors approved: the document justifying representatives quality and/or
approval delivered by one or several manufacturer (s) of similar parts to those of the
present call for tenders, rested by at least, three (03) certificates of good one execution,
delivered by a developer railroad or a builder of railcars ZZ22, concerning the supply of
similar parts to those of the call for tenders being the object of the present specifications.

NB: Any offer not answering this condition will be declared not eligible.

Pour les constructeurs des autorails ZZ22: le document justifiant la qualité de constructeur des autorails ZZ22, appuyé par au moins trois (03) attestations de bonne exécution, délivrées par un exploitant ferroviaire, portant sur la fourniture de pièces similaires à celles du présent appel d’offres faisant l’objet du cahier des charges.

Pour les fabricants: le document justifiant la qualité de fabricants des pièces similaires à celles du présent appel d’offres faisant l’objet du cahier des charges, appuyé par, au moins, trois (03) attestations de bonne exécution, délivrées par un exploitant ferroviaire ou un constructeur des autorails ZZ22, portant sur la fourniture de pièces similaires à celles de l’appel d’offres faisant l’objet du présent cahier des charges.

2 - CONDITIONS D’ELIGIBILITE :

Le présent appel d’offres s’adresse aux constructeurs des locomotives électriques, aux fabricants et aux distributeurs agrées par les fabricants.

Les soumissionnaires désirant participer dans le cadre du présent appel d’offres, doivent joindre à leur offres les documents justifiant leur qualité de constructeurs des locomotives, de fabricants ou de distributeurs comme suit:

- Pour les constructeurs de locomotives électriques: le document justifiant la qualité de constructeur des locomotives électriques, appuyé par au moins trois (03) attestations de bonne exécution délivrées par un exploitant ferroviaire, portant sur la fourniture de pièces similaires à celles de présent appel d’offres.

- Pour les fabricants: le document justifiant la qualité de fabricants des pièces similaires à celles de présent appel d’offres, appuyé par, au moins, trois (03) attestations de bonne exécution, délivrées par un exploitant ferroviaire ou un constructeur des locomotives électriques, portant sur la fourniture de pièces similaires à celles du présent appel d’offres.

- Pour les distributeurs: Le document justifiant la qualité de représentant et/ou l’agrément, délivré par le ou les fabricant(s) de pièces similaires à celles du présent appel d’offres, appuyé par au moins trois (03) attestations de bonne exécution, délivrées par un exploitant ferroviaire ou un constructeur des locomotives électriques, portant sur la fourniture de pièces similaires à celles du présent appel d’offres.

NB : toute offre ne répondant pas à l’une de ces conditions sera déclarée non éligible.

6 - DELAI DE PREPARATION DES OFFRES :

Le délai de préparation des offres est fixé à quarante cinq (45) jours à compter de la date de la première parution de l’avis d’appel d’offres dans le BOMOP et la presse nationale.

2- CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY :

The present call for tenders addresses the builders of the electric locomotives, the manufacturers and the distributors approval by the manufacturers.

The tenderers wishing to participate within the framework of the present call for tenders have to join to their offers documents justifying their quality of builders of locomotives, manufacturers or distributors as follows:

- For the builders of the electric locomotives: the document justifying builders’ quality of the electric locomotives, rested by at least three (03) certificates of good one execution, delivered by a railroad developer concerning the supply of similar parts to those of the present call for tenders.

- For the manufacturers: the document justifying manufacturers’ quality of the similar parts to those of the present call, rested by, at least, three (03) certificates of good execution, delivered by a railroad developer or a builder of electric locomotives, concerning the supply of similar parts to those of the call for tenders.

- For the distributors: the document justifying representative’s quality and/or approval, delivered by one or several manufacturer (s) of similar parts to those of the present call for tenders, rested by at least, three (03) certificates of good one execution, delivered by a railroad developer or a builder of electric locomotives, concerning the supply of similar parts to those of the call.

NB: Any offer not answering this condition will be declared not eligible.
