Le Groupement Sonatrach-Sinopec, dénommé par abréviation GSS – Gisement de Zarzaitine, dont le siège social est sis à la Daïra d’In Amenas, base de vie Zarzaitine, BP 292, Wilaya d’ILLIZI, lance un avis d’appel d’offres national et international ouvert pour : «Prestation de service pour MUD LOGGING sur les puits en forage du champ de Zarzaïtine» Les entreprises intéressées par le présent avis d’appel d’offres sont invitées à retirer le cahier des charges dès sa parution dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (B.A.O.S.E.M) contre remise d'un ordre de virement bancaire: BEA, Agence d’In amenas N° 002 00092 092 22 00019-49, libellé au nom du Groupement Sonatrach Sinopec, d'un montant de cinq mille (5 000,00 DZD) dinars algériens -non remboursables- pour les entreprises nationales. Et contre paiement de Cent dollars US (100,00 USD) -non remboursables- pour les entreprises étrangères à notre compte devise N° 002 00092 092 30 00000-80. NB : le retrait du cahier des charges est conditionné par la présentation de l’extrait du registre du commerce du soumissionnaire et d’un justificatif de paiement par virement bancaire (il doit contenir le numéro, intitulé de l'appel d'offres et le nom du soumissionnaire). Lieu de retrait : Le mode de soumission en une seule (01) étape s’applique au présent appel d’offres, Au titre du présent appel d’offres, l’offres technique, sans aucune indication de prix et l’offre financière et la caution de soumission doivent être remises simultanément dans trois enveloppes distinctes contenus dans un même pli fermé et anonyme. Les documents constituant l’offre complète devront être établis en trois (03) exemplaires pour chacun (Offre technique, Offre commerciale) et dont une portera la mention «ORIGINAL» et les deux (02) autres des copies conformes. Elles seront déposées à l'adresse citée ci-dessus. L’enveloppe extérieure devra être anonyme et ne comportera que la mention suivante : Groupement Sonatrach-Sinopec L’offre est assortie d’une garantie d’offre de Cinq million Dinars Algériens (5 000 000,00 DZD) pour les entreprises nationales, et de Cinquante Mille Dollars Américains (50 000,00 USD) pour les entreprises étrangères, dont la durée de validité est égale à la durée de validité des offres, soit de cent quatre-vingt (180) jours. La date limite de dépôt des offres est fixée à quarante-cinq (45) jours, à compter de la date de la parution du présent avis d'appel d'offres dans le B.A.O.S.E.M. The present call for tenders will be held in two stages. Only the technical offers must be sent by tenderers at the first stage, with all the documents requested and which are listed in the pspecifications and must not bear any reference to the prices. The original bid bond is an integral part of the technical offer. The contract will be allocated to the bidder who will present the most advantageous offer economically. The closing date of submission is forty two (42) days from the publication date in the BAOSEM. In case the deadline falls on a holiday or a legal holiday, the folds can be deposited the next business day. The folds opening will be made on the time, the day and at the address which will be subsequently communicated to bidders; it will be made in public session and bidders or their duly appointed representatives will be invited to that effect. GROUPEMENT REGGANE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR BIDS Groupement Reggane, a partnership between SONATRACH, REPSOL, DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG and EDISON International, acting as Operator for the development and exploitation of Reggane Nord fileds, blocks 351c, located in the region of Reggane, 1500 Km southwest of Algiers, is launching a national and international Call for Bids for the: PROVISION OF TUBULAR INSPECTION SERVICES FOR DRILLING CAMPAIGN OF REGGANE NORD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Companies interested in this Call for Bids (CFB) are invited to request an electronic copy of the CFB documents from the following address: For the attention of Mr. A. The two (02) envelopes shall be placed in a multiple sealed envelope addressed as mentioned in General Bidding Instructions (CFB Attachment B). The deadline to close the reception of offers at the address indicated above is set at Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of publication in BAOSEM of this announcement (day of publication not included) at 18:30 hours. All bids received after the closing date and time will be treated as null and void. Important Notes: Bidders will remain committed by their tenders for a period of 180 Days from the deadline for the receipt of tenders. This notice only concerns specialised companies in the Provision Tubular Inspection Services with proved experience in projects located in remote desert environments.
