AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE MARCHE APPEL D’OFFRES NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation des marchés applicables à Sonatrach, la Société Nationale Sonatrach, Activité Exploration et Production, Division Laboratoires, informe l’ensemble des Soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° 08/18/INV/GIS/DTD/DC-RDT, ayant pour objet, Fourniture et Installation des Équipements de Laboratoires avec Services Liés : LOTN°01 : UN (01) CHROMATOGRAPHE MULTIDIMENSIONNEL EN PHASE GAZEUSE DESTINE A L’ANALYSE DES HYDROCARBURES PAR FAMILLES CHIMIQUES LOTN°02: UN (01) CHROMATOGRAPHE POUR L’ANALYSE DETAILLEE DES FRACTIONS PÉTROLIÈRES SELON LA NORME ASTM D6730. LOT N°03 : UN (01) CHROMATOGRAPHE EN PHASE GASEUSE DESTINÉ À L’ANALYSE D’UN GAZ NATUREL ET GPL CONFORMÉMENT À LA GPA STANDARD 2261-2000, AVEC UN SYSTÈME DE COMMUTATION DE TROIS (03) VANNES ET CALCUL DES PROPRIÉTÉS DU GAZ NATUREL CONFORMÉMENT À LA GPA STANDARD 2172-2009. Paru dans le BAOSEM n°1511 du 31/05/2018, qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture publique des offres financières, le marché (LOT 3) a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire SARL ESCLAB pour un montant de Quatorze millions deux cent quatre-vingt-dix- huit mille neuf cent soixante-dix-huit Dinars Algériens en hors taxes, soit en chiffres 14 298 978,00 DA en Hors Taxes. Les Soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (5) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché au BAOSEM et ce auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante : SONATRACH ................................................................................................................... NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL ATTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN COMPETITIVE BIDDING In accordance with measures concerning rules and regulations applicable to the National Company SONATRACH markets, Exploration and Production Activity - Laboratories Division, 1st November Avenue - Boumerdès 35000, informs bidders who took part in the National and International Open Competitive Bidding N°08/18/INV/GIS/DTD/DC-RDT, for Supply of Laboratory Equipment and related services. Lot1: A multidimensional gas phase chromatograph for group type analysis of gasoline and gasoline blend streams according to ASTM 6839/ ISO 22854. Lot 2: A gas phase chromatograph for detailed hydrocarbon analysis of light petroleum streams and light end crude oil according to ASTM 6730. Lot 3: A gas phase chromatograph for the analysis of Natural Gas and LPG with three valves commutation system according to GPA Standard 2261-2000 and calculation of physico-chemicals properties according to GPA Standard 2172-2009. which was published in the Invitation to Tender Bulletin of Energy and Mining Sector (BAOSEM N° 1511, May 31th, 2018), that after public opening of the financial offers, the commission in charge for the folds of the financial offers is awarded temporarily the (LOT 3) to tenderer Sarl ESCLAB for a total amount of Fourteen million two hundred and ninety-eight thousand nine hundred and seventy-eight Algerian dinars (14 298 978.00 DA). Bidders who question the decision made by the contracting service may introduce recourse within five (5) days, the latest, as from the date of the publication of the present notice for provisional attribution of contract in the BAOSEM to the contracting service at the following address: SONATRACH Baosem N°
