Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation des marchés applicables à Sonatrach, la Société Nationale Sonatrach, Activité Exploration et Production, Division Laboratoires, informe l’ensemble des Soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° 13/18/INV/GIS/DTD/DC-RDT, ayant pour objet, la Fourniture de deux Appareils de mesure des produits pétroliers avec services liés :

Lot 1 : Fourniture d’un Appareil automatique de mesure du point d’écoulement, point trouble et freezing point des produits pétroliers selon les normes ASTM 5949, ASTM D5773 ET ASTM D5972 avec services liés

Lot 2 : Appareil de Mesure de la Corrosion à la lame de cuivre pour les produits pétroliers selon les normes ASTM D130-ISO 2160

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 1488 du 27 Mars 2018, qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture publique des offres financières, le marché (Lot 2) a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire MATLIB France pour un montant de Soixante-dix-neuf mille neuf cent dix-huit Euros, soit 79 918 Euros converti en Dinars Algériens, équivaut à Dix millions neuf cent quatre-vingt et un mille trois cent Dinars Algériens et soixante-deux centimes en hors taxes, soit en chiffres 10 981 300,62 DA en Hors Taxes.

Les Soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (5) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché au BAOSEM et ce auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL ATTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN COMPETITIVE BIDDING
N° 13/18/INV/GIS/DTD/DC-RDT

In accordance with measures concerning rules and regulations applicable to the National Company SONATRACH markets, Exploration and Production Activity - Laboratories Division, 1st November Avenue - Boumerdès 35000, informs bidders who took part in the National and International Open Competitive Bidding N°13/18/INV/GIS/DTD/DC-RDT, for supply of two apparatus for measuring the properties of petroleum products with related services:

Lot 1: Automatic apparatus for measuring the pour point, the cloud point and the freezing point of petroleum products according to ASTM D5949 standards, ASTM D5773 and ASTM D5972 and related services.

Lot 2: Apparatus for the determination of the corrosiveness to copper of petroleum Products according to ASTM D130-ISO 2160 and related services.

Which was published in the Invitation to Tender Bulletin of Energy and Mining Sector (BAOSEM N° N° 1488, March 27th, 2018), that after public opening of the financial offers, the commission in charge for the folds (lot 2) of the financial offers is awarded temporarily to tenderer MATLIB France for a total amount of Seventy-nine thousand nine hundred and eighteen Euros, or 79 918 Euros converted into Algerian Dinars, equals Ten million nine hundred and eighty-one thousand three hundred Algerian Dinars and sixty-two cents excluding taxes, in figures 10,981,300.62 DA excluding taxes.

Bidders who question the decision made by the contracting service may introduce recourse within five (5) days, the latest, as from the date of the publication of the present notice for provisional attribution of contract in the BAOSEM to the contracting service at the following address:
