APPEL D’OFFRES NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation des marchés applicables à Sonatrach, la société nationale Sonatrach, Activité Exploration et Production, Division Laboratoires, informe l’ensemble des Soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° 07/19/INV/GIS/DLAB, ayant pour objet, Fourniture avec services liés d’un équipement d’évaluation des venues de sable « Thick Wall cylinder. Paru au BAOSEM sous N° 1607 du 10 mars 2019, qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture publique des offres financières le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire TOP-INDUSTRIE pour un montant de Cinq cent seize mille Euros, soit 516 000 Euros, converti en Dinars Algériens, équivaut à Soixante-neuf million soixante-quatre mille trois cent vingt-neuf Dinars algériens et soixante centimes soit 69 064 329,60 DZD. Les Soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (5) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché au BAOSEM et ce auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

which was published in the Invitation to Tender Bulletin of Energy and Mining Sector (BAOSEM N° 1607 dated on 10/03/2019), that after public opening of the financial offers, the commission in charge for the folds of the financial offers is awarded temporarily to tenderer TOP-INDUSTRIE for a total amount of Five hundred and sixteen thousand Euros or 516 000,00 Euros, converted to Algerian Dinars, equals Sixty nine million sixty four thousand three hundred and twenty nine Algerian dinars and sixty cents or 69 064 329,60 DZD. Bidders who question the decision made by the contracting service may introduce recourse within five (5) days, the latest, as from the date of the publication of the present notice for provisional attribution of contract in the BAOSEM to the contracting service at the following address: SONATRACH Baosem N°

Paru au BAOSEM sous N° 1601 du 20 Février 2019, qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture publique des offres financières le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire SARL ACEI pour un montant de Quatre cent vingt-huit mille cinq cent soixante-quatre Euros, soit € 428 564,00 converti en Dinars Algériens, équivaut à Cinquante Sept Million Sept Cent Quarante mille Six Cent Quatre-vingt-quatre Dinars Algériens et Quatre-Vingt-Six Centimes, soit 57 740 684,86 DZD. Tender Bulletin of Energy and Mining Sector (BAOSEM N°1601 20/02/2019), that after public opening of the financial offers, the commission in charge for the folds of the financial offers is awarded temporarily to tenderer SARL ACEI for a total amount of Four hundred and twenty eight thousand five hundred and sixty-four Euros, or € 428 564, converted to Algerian Dinars, equals Fifty Seven Million Seven hundred and forty thousand six hundred and eighty-four Algerian dinars and eighty-six cents or 57 740 684,86 DZD.
